  I was renting through this estate agents. They were very slow in responding to issues around the house. We rented the property for a year and had damp problems after a couple of months. 10 months later, when I moved out, and the damp problem was still not fixed.
  
  The people were always lovely to deal with but I genuinely think it's a case of too many properties and too little staff

  I had the pleasure of having the best possible help securing my Mortgage with Gary. He was the voice of reason, answered all my questions and kept me on an even keel at a very stressful time. I wouldn't be in my flat now if it wasn't for his help and all the team at IE.
  I will definitely go back to them in the future.
